My Garden in Summer
Many writers have a place to write. Somewhere they feel comfortable. The bifold doors have been pulled back and the sun shines proudly. This is a hot summer, climate change is evident as the number of daays where the temperature is above 28C is increasing.
The Blue Tits, are feeding like there is no tomorrow.
My second book has been published and I'm well into my third book. I have so many stories to tell and this spurs me on.
The view of my garden changes all the time, and so do my writing thoughts. I love every season. I find it easy to write with this view in front of me. The words come and are translated by my fingers, which don’t always behave.
Sometimes the words that come onto the page are not the words I first thought of, but that is the fun of writing. A story evolves. It is an expression and, just like the birds flitting around my garden, somehow, their actions make sense.
In Cheltenham, England, Robert Johnson is killed prior to being inducted as the next president of his local engineering federation.
In Washington DC, a former adviser to the Mexican president is murdered following an annual meeting of a lawyer's association dinner.

Loose Ends
"Loose Ends" by David Liston is a gripping financial thriller set in 2008, as markets teeter on the edge of collapse.
The story follows Brian Jenkins, a newly appointed investment strategist at a London hedge fund, who uncovers evidence of money laundering and a murder linked to an international drug cartel.
As Jenkins seeks answers with the help of a CIA agent and his friend Kylie, he navigates twists, deception, and danger, discovering not everyone is who they seem.
